Jaqks Excellent service. The guy that served us was super friendly as always. Chicken is in my opinion THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN IN BIRMINGHAM. No exaggeration..... hands down ACE. Definitely worth the trip. Reasonable prices food is always fresh and don't have to wait too long. The buffalo wings are good the sauce on them is so moreish. Single burger is fantastic Double burger is the same but bigger and even yummier. The chicken fingers are nice and crispy. Haven't had anything on the menu that wasn't good. Fries were fresh and crispy

Their atomic Cajun fries were absolutely delicious!!! Would definitely recommend especially with the portion size! Also had their rice box, chicken tasted great and would suggest you get the gravy to add on top :)

I had such a wonderful experience at JAQKS. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. Chicken was fresh and tasty. They have good deals to pick from. Really like how clean the shop is too. Not many ‘chicken’ shops actually service fresh crispy chicken anymore. Great service too from the guys as my wife came and collected. Would recommend.

Needed something late Saturday evening after the cinema and JAQKS was the answer. Chicken strips and fries to go hit the spot nicely. The folks on duty were handling the busy deliveries, drunks and me very well. Still polite, friendly and efficient under pressure. I thoroughly enjoyed my supper.

The best fried chicken shop I have ever had. Crispy on outside , juicy on the inside and always fresh. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. I keep coming back and it never dissapoints. A must try if you love good fried chicken.
